Keeping a regular appointment

  • Choose a consistent time with intake. The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 9 PM, and appointment times vary by clinician.
  • If you come in the evening, the front door is locked after 6 PM. Use the call box at the front door and your therapist will buzz you in.
  • When the trip does not fit your week, ask whether video could serve as a backup while you are physically in Pennsylvania, or in New Jersey with an appropriately authorized clinician.

Therapy options and clinicians

Our 25 treating clinicians cover sixteen focus areas, from anxiety and depression to trauma-informed therapy and individual relationship therapy. Read clinician profiles to learn about each person’s training and approach, or ask intake for help finding a match.

Fees, insurance and first sessions

Sessions are 53 minutes, and the first one is a consultation; see our getting started guide. Participation and costs depend on your plan and clinician. Review our insurance guide, session fees and Medicare and Medicaid new-client policy before requesting care.
