Online Therapy Across Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Turning Leaf Therapy offers HIPAA-secure video therapy to adults, teens, and children anywhere in Pennsylvania, and to New Jersey residents through eight NJ-licensed clinicians. Sessions are 50 minutes with the same therapist, the same relational depth, and the same insurance coverage as in-person care. In-network plans cover telehealth at parity.
How it works
You meet your therapist over an encrypted video platform from any private space with a stable connection. The work is identical to our office work: weekly 50-minute sessions, the same clinician throughout, the same care plan. Many clients alternate between Suite 304 and video as life requires.
Who telehealth suits
People outside Philadelphia, parents without childcare margins, professionals with unforgiving calendars, clients with mobility or health constraints, and anyone whose consistency improves when the commute disappears. Depth work travels well; what matters is privacy and continuity.
What you need
A private room, a device with a camera, and a reliable connection. We will send the session link before each appointment. If a connection drops, your therapist will call you and continue by phone where clinically appropriate.
Insurance and telehealth
The plans we accept, Aetna, the BCBS family, United Healthcare, and Optum, cover telehealth with our clinicians at parity with in-person sessions for Pennsylvania residents. New Jersey clients should confirm telehealth benefits with their plan; Horizon BCBSNJ members are in-network.

Yes, eight of our clinicians are licensed in New Jersey and see NJ residents by video.
