Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the theatre, helping people tell their stories, find their voices, and sit in the beautiful chaos of being seen. That same creative spirit guides my work in the therapy room. Together, we'll explore what's working, what's not, and gently (or not-so-gently) challenge the stories that keep you feeling stuck.

My background includes trauma and crisis work in the Emergency Department at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where I supported children, teens, and families through some of their hardest moments. I blend evidence-based approaches, including CBT, CBT-I, EMDR training, and narrative therapy, with a psychodynamic and relational lens. At the heart of my work is connection: I want you to feel safe showing up as your whole self, messy, brilliant, funny, heartbroken, healing, or all of the above.

As a lifelong military brat, I bring an appreciation for diverse cultures, identities, and life experiences into every session. I enjoy working across age ranges and especially love supporting young adults and college-aged clients navigating transition, identity, and the big emotional shifts that come with growing into yourself.

When I'm not in session, you can usually find me baking bread, playing with my dogs, or dreaming up new ways to over-plant my (slightly shady) backyard garden. For me, therapy isn't about being "fixed", it's about being found.
