Our past experiences have a profound impact on the present, particularly on our emotional and relational patterns. Through our work in therapy, I hope to spend time exploring your past experiences while also attending to your needs in the here and now. My therapeutic approach will help you gain insight into how and why your patterns developed and help you move toward desired and meaningful change in your life. Throughout the course of therapy, I strive to meet you where you are at and go at a pace that makes sense for you.

I consider myself to be a psychodynamic and trauma-informed practitioner. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan with varying presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, and attachment and relationship difficulties. However, I have particular expertise in trauma and complex trauma. I also recognize the importance of culture and intersectionality and aim to provide culturally-informed care to everyone I work with.

The therapeutic relationship is of the utmost importance to me and the work that we will do together. My hope is to create a therapeutic space that feels empathic, warm, safe, and comfortable. I look forward to connecting!
