If you’re exhausted from carrying more than anyone seems to see, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or frustrated by therapy that felt too surface-level or disconnected from your lived experience, you are not alone. Together, we can make sense of the impact of trauma, burnout, fear, and painful relationships while creating space for meaningful and lasting change.

I believe that true change happens through a relationship that is genuine and emotionally honest. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and cared about, while also challenged in ways that promote growth and deeper self-awareness. I value candor, curiosity, and humor in the therapy room, and I sometimes use levity to help clients feel more human and less alone in the difficult parts of their experience.

My work is based primarily on the evidence-based approach of relational psychodynamic, attachment-based, and mentalization-oriented therapy with the integration of parts work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). This modality allows us to work together to better understand long-standing emotional and relational patterns, the ways they developed, and how they may now be limiting a fuller and more satisfying life. My goal is to help you better understand yourself at the root level, develop greater flexibility and self-awareness, and build a life that feels more connected, sustainable and genuinely your own.

My own background as a former lawyer, large law firm associate, and senior government official informs the way I understand the emotional costs of high-functioning identities as well as pressure, ambition, and institutional environments. I bring that perspective into my clinical work with clients from all paths of life who are navigating trauma, loss, demanding careers, life transitions, identity questions, and the often painful gap between external success and internal wellbeing.
