I support my clients as they navigate relationship challenges and life transitions, cope with traumatic experiences, and grapple with complex family dynamics. With advanced training in relational psychodynamic therapy, I specialize in trauma informed mental health treatment based on the development of a strong therapeutic relationship. My work with LGBTQ+ individuals rests on affirming principles, and all of my work considers the impacts of structural harms.

My sessions are grounded in compassion and curious listening. I provide warm guidance as my clients get to know their inner, emotional world with greater depth. This approach is rooted in the belief that the more we understand ourselves, the clearer the path to change becomes. My aim is to create a comfortable space for you to explore, heal, and grow.
