Foundational relationships and childhood experiences shape who we are, what we think, and how we behave. I approach therapy with curiosity about how the impacts of these relationships and experiences show up across your life. I’m interested in identifying patterns, exploring the ways trauma manifests in your life, looking at how relationships and systems impact your identity, and noticing the connections between past and present. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults around themes of identity development, life transitions, complex trauma, abuse and neglect, gender & sexuality, attachment issues, and relationship challenges.

My practice is centered around our therapeutic relationship and incorporates elements of parts work and experiential/creative arts therapies. It is important to me to create an approach that is tailored specifically to what you want and need. My style is playful, challenging, and grounded in curiosity - above all, I want you to feel understood. I specialize in working with people who have experienced childhood trauma, parental mis-attunement, attachment trauma, and complicated familial dynamics. I ground our work in the relationship between us, focusing on connection and understanding. Together we will make note of patterns, feelings, and dynamics playing out between us.

I believe that, ultimately, you are the expert of your own experience. Through our relationship, I hope to give you the space you need to be your whole self. I look forward to co-creating that space together, and supporting you through reflection, healing, and growth!
