You may be surprised by how deeply childhood experiences continue to shape your daily life, relationships, and sense of self. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship issues, or difficulty with boundaries are often manifestations of deeper emotional pain and ways you learned to cope or protect yourself. If you struggle with shame, attachment concerns, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I aim to provide a space where you can slow down, be vulnerable, and feel genuinely understood. I specialize in trauma, particularly complex trauma and experiences of emotional neglect or emotionally immature environments.

My approach blends parts work within a deeply relational and psychodynamic lens to make sense of your inner world. Through inner child and attachment-focused work, I help clients deepen self-understanding and build more authentic, connected relationships, both internally and externally.

In our sessions, I strive to create a compassionate environment where you can explore past experiences and make small yet impactful changes in your life. I balance empathy with directness, offering both support and clarity, and I incorporate a touch of humor to what might seem like a daunting process. So much can change when you let the right person in. Therapy is about more than just addressing symptoms; it’s about helping you build a more fulfilling and balanced life through a relationship that is truly therapeutic.
