I'm passionate about helping people heal and grow through a supportive and integrative approach to therapy. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma or grew up in emotionally neglectful or immature environments. Whether you're dealing with perfectionism, feelings of shame, or challenges in setting healthy boundaries, I provide a space where you can feel genuinely understood, validated, and heard.

In our sessions, I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where you can explore your past experiences and make small yet impactful changes in your life. I balance empathy with directness, offering both support and clarity, and I incorporate a touch of humor to what might seem like a daunting process, making our work together as engaging and approachable as possible.

I am dedicated to delivering therapy that is both affirming and culturally attuned, ensuring that each client's unique identity and diverse experiences are valued and integrated into our work. My approach combines relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies to create a comprehensive treatment experience. With additional training in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, I offer specialized techniques to help you navigate and overcome trauma when applicable.

So much can change when you let the right person in. My approach is about more than just addressing symptoms; it's about helping you build a more fulfilling and balanced life through a relationship that is truly therapeutic.
