My therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Relational frameworks, and I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and parts of Internal Family Systems (IFS), though I am not formally trained in IFS at this time. I also incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, drawing on my background as a yoga teacher to support clients in understanding their nervous system states and cultivating deeper mind-body awareness.

I am deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals as they engage in self-exploration, heal from past experiences, and navigate the stressors and transitions of daily life. My work is trauma-informed and person-centered, and I strive to honor each client's unique story, strengths, and values while helping them build greater clarity and self-understanding.

I aim to create a warm, grounding, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore themselves with curiosity and warmth. I hope to support individuals in developing self-compassion, strengthening their inner resources, and reconnecting with a more authentic, aligned sense of self.
