I highly value the depth of your subjective experience, knowing there is more than one truth and certainly a myriad of dimensions to your lived experience. Using warmth, gentle challenging, and humor, we will explore, give language to and better understand the meaning behind the 'who', 'why', and 'how' of you.

I believe the core of my role is connection and relationship. I work from a relational psychodynamic lens, though I draw on a variety of models including parts work/ego state, EMDR, ecotherapy & other somatic practices to collaboratively build a space that works best for your needs. Healing happens in relationship and the shared journey of building safety & power in ours will embolden you to move differently in yours.

I have experience and training working with folks 14yrs & up who present with developmental and relationship trauma, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, and self-injurious behavior. As a queer and trans clinician, I have an additional focus on serving my LGBTQIA+ community. I hold a commitment to using therapy as an anti-oppressive space where you can understand and manage the impact of racism, sexism, fatphobia, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, and other forms of systemic oppression. Clients who "hate therapy" or "don't see the point" often find their way into my office, and though my teens would call me "cringe", I'm honored to hold a space that centers your autonomy while inviting even the most protected parts in.
