I view therapy as a collaborative process centered around the co-creation of a safe environment for self-discovery. The relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of the work, as it creates the container for insight and growth to occur. Therapy is not one person fixing the problems of another, but rather two people coming together in compassion and respect to learn more about the human condition from one another and discover new paths forward.

My work is rooted in relational therapy, focusing on the "here-and-now" of our dynamic as a way to explore patterns and uncover the influence of early experiences. I pay attention not just to symptoms, but to the emotional and relational contexts that give rise to them, including how you navigate trust, vulnerability, boundaries, and connection.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic theory alongside evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and IFS parts work. My clinical work is informed by my background in yoga, meditation, and bodywork, supporting clients in developing deeper mind-body awareness as a natural aspect of the healing process.

I'm especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folks navigating identity, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My clinical experience includes university counseling, refugee resettlement, and LGBTQIA+ community care. Above all, I strive to offer a warm, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
