About the role

Join a thriving, trauma-informed group practice specializing in trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. We value relational, attachment-focused, psychodynamic/psychoanalytic work and welcome integrative approaches (e.g., IFS, EMDR).

We offer a warm, connected team culture with opportunities for CEs, social gatherings, and consultations.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a 25-27+ session/week caseload (mix of in-person + telehealth).
  • Treat adults and/or children/teens; space for additional specialities (e.g., eating disorders, couples, identity).
  • Provide at least 2 early morning or evening shifts/week.
  • Participate in a weekly peer consultation group and team meetings.

Compensation & benefits structure

We operate on a W-2, fee-for-service model (not salary). We offer competitive per-session rates plus paid administrative and professional time (consultation, team meetings, CEs). The typical annual range is $75,000 – $110,000+, depending heavily on caseload and licensure.

Benefits (Based on Caseload)

  • 25+ sessions/week: All benefits, except health insurance.
  • 27+ sessions/week: Full benefits, including health insurance.

Package includes: Earned PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, dental & vision, FSAs (healthcare/commuter/dependent care), paid CEs, weekly consultation groups, strong clinical support, fully furnished office, and job supplies.

Who we are looking for

Ideal Candidate

  • Drawn to relational/depth-oriented therapy; open to integrative modalities (IFS, EMDR, etc.).
  • Skilled in trauma, complex trauma, developmental/attachment trauma, PTSD, and dissociation.
  • Collaborative, growth-minded, and comfortable with a full caseload of trauma-focused work.
  • Desire to be part of the team and to participate in collegial relationships.

Requirements

  • Active PA independent license: Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC.
  • 2+ years post-licensure experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to sustain 25-27 sessions/week and two morning/evening shifts.
  • Able to commute to Old City (19106) for in-person sessions.
  • Appropriate home office or off-site location for providing telehealth sessions.

Post-Doc Experience Available

Candidates seeking a Post-Doc experience are encouraged to apply! We will work with you to ensure you meet post-doc requirements in other states, if needed. *Must still hold an active PA independent license as a Clinical Psychologist.

Timeline

We are seeking an immediate hire. Your official start follows insurance credentialing (typically up to 90 days). You’ll integrate with the team during credentialing to launch smoothly into a full caseload.
