"I believe that healing is available to all individuals, and that we we commit to individual healing, we take steps toward collective healing."

I value curiosity and building a trusting and collaborative relationship between therapist and client where you are treated as the expert of your own experience.

My practice is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theories, and incorporates elements from somatic mindfulness, creative arts therapies and DBT. I am interested in working with people to identify the ways that trauma manifests in their bodies, the impact of relationships and systems on their identities, and the connection between their past and present experiences.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults around issues of identity, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, gender and sexuality, body image and relationship challenges. I believe in affirming the unique intersection of your identities and integrating them into our work together. I look forward to co-creating a safe space for you to reflect, heal and grow!
