"I believe that healing occurs in therapy when there is a safe and trusting connection between the therapist and client. I strive to support the person sitting with me through listening with empathy and no judgments."

I’m continually honored to walk alongside people as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and the people they care about. With more than ten years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve seen that healing happens in a safe, trusting relationship in which you can feel understood, supported, and not judged. My hope is that our sessions offer a space where you can feel less alone, open up space for curiosity, and move toward the life and relationships you’re longing for.

If you’re carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or the transition to parenthood, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with many forms of trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, interpersonal violence, birth trauma, and the lingering effects of parental misattunement. I also support people experiencing relational struggles, self-esteem challenges, the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, and the day-to-day stresses that can feel overwhelming. I work with both adults and adolescents, and I also offer clinical supervision for LSWs pursuing their LCSW.

My approach is relational and collaborative. We’ll work together to find what feels most supportive for you, both moment by moment and over time. I draw primarily from relational and psychodynamic approaches, though I bring in mindfulness, body awareness practices, and cognitive behavioral therapies as needed. I also hold the impact of systemic oppression and intersectional identities with care. My intention is to create a trauma-informed space that affirms all identities, including LGBTQ+, and is grounded in social justice. I stand with the Black Lives Matter movement.

I’m trained in several trauma-specific interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma Art Narrative Therapy (TANT), and Trauma Process Yoga Groups.

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. If something here speaks to you, I’d be glad to connect. Together, we can be curious about how your past is influencing your present, and explore what healing and possibility might look like for you moving forward.
