"Therapy is an opportunity to find compassion for yourself, to heal, and to celebrate the successes."

Starting therapy can feel like a big step in asking yourself to delve deep into self-exploration and vulnerability, but it’s not a process you need to take on alone. My role is to walk alongside you—to offer a safe, caring space built on trust, honesty, authenticity and humor for you to explore your story.

I work with adults who are moving through experiences of trauma or complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, neurodivergence, and times of transition. In our sessions, I draw from strengths-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems approaches. What this means is that while we look at the challenges you’re facing, we’ll also recognize the strengths you already carry, which are powerful building blocks for growth and healing.

Our past experiences shape so much of how we move through the world—where we feel safe, how we cope, what drives us, and what brings us joy. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of you in ways that feel supportive and tailored to your needs.

Before joining Turning Leaf Therapy, I worked with people who were incarcerated. That experience—both meaningful and difficult—opened my eyes even more to the systemic barriers that many people face. I’m dedicated to seeing each person as more than their circumstances, and to working collaboratively and holistically.

I also hold a deep commitment to anti-racism, advocacy, and amplifying voices that too often go unheard. I believe that healing as an individual is another step towards healing as a collective.

If you’re ready to begin this journey, I’m here to walk with you.
