Tending to a relationship with yourself is a continuous practice, shaping the way you show up in all areas of life. With ongoing attention and care, I am dedicated to understanding how you experience your own story and your relationships, the complex history and challenges that shape your inner life, and the unique ways you navigate a world where change is constant. Being vulnerable can be an act of courage, and I endeavor to listen with empathy and non-judgmental curiosity, walking alongside you as we explore what matters most.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic, client-centered, and existential theories. I attend to each individual’s unique needs and strengths while cultivating a space of safety that allows for honest reflection and new inner truths and experiences to surface. I have experience working with teens and young adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression and life stressors, the impacts of complex trauma, identity exploration and integration, and acculturation stressors faced by multicultural and minoritized identities. I also have specific background in working with survivors of relational and domestic violence, as well as individuals who have caused harm. I incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, along with creative expression, as pathways to support healing.
No matter what brings you to this work, I will meet you with respect, care, and a genuine commitment to supporting your growth on your own terms. It would be an honor to walk with you towards the life you envision.
